Dr. Izzy knows the human body. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor & Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He is experienced in working with clients of all ages & fitness levels.
Dr. Izzy approaches training from the angle of a health care professional and focuses on encouraging each client to surpass their physical & mental boundaries so that they can reach a higher level of health and wellness.

Kiley is passionate about helping others increase the vitality and longevity of their lives through health and fitness. She grew up leading an active lifestyle of playing sports, hiking, and working out at the gym. However, it wasn’t until she started working out with Dr. Izzy that she began to truly witness the amazing effects of proper exercise coupled with clean eating habits. Her compassionate personality and love for working with others inspired her to earn her NASM personal training certification and next on her to-do list is achieving an integrative health coaching certification. Kiley keeps things fresh and exciting by incorporating a variety of exercise modalities into her routines. She is friendly, fun and will push you to feel AND look your best.
Alora Phillips, CPT

Alora is eager to help you bring both structure and creativity to your fitness goals - a balance learned as a result of being a lifelong runner, gymnast, athlete, yogi and overall health and fitness enthusiast.
She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and has a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics/Holistic Health. Alora is committed to guiding you on your health and fitness journey so that you can experience a whole body transformation.

Jennie is a lover of all things movement and is a big believer in enriching our lives through diverse training. She grew up in Santa Barbara as well as in the mountains where she was exposed to the best of both worlds that lead to a lifestyle filled with outdoor movement, school athletics and strength training.
Jennie's training style is geared towards strength and power with a strong base in functional stability to aid you through all aspects of life. Her classes are a blend of compound movement and conditioning for the nervous system that will leave you feeling both empowered and humbled with what your own body can do.
Faith Mickler, CPT, BCS
Faith is determined to help you look and feel your best. Her enthusiasm for health & fitness began on the soccer field as a young girl. Faith's drive to keep her body in optimal condition plus passion to help others pursue their fitness goals led her to achieve her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her clients rave about her fun and effective workouts that to keep them continuously challenged and engaged throughout the entire training.
