Kiley is passionate about helping others increase the vitality and longevity of their lives through health and fitness. She grew up leading an active lifestyle of playing sports, hiking, and working out at the gym. However, it wasn’t until she started working out with Dr. Izzy that she began to truly witness the amazing effects of proper exercise coupled with clean eating habits. Her compassionate personality and love for working with others inspired her to earn her NASM personal training certification and next on her to-do list is achieving an integrative health coaching certification. Kiley keeps things fresh and exciting by incorporating a variety of exercise modalities into her routines. She is friendly, fun and will push you to feel AND look your best.

Faith is determined to help you look and feel your best. Her enthusiasm for health & fitness began on the soccer field as a young girl. Faith's drive to keep her body in optimal condition plus passion to help others pursue their fitness goals led her to achieve her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her clients rave about her fun and effective workouts that to keep them continuously challenged and engaged throughout the entire training.

Paige is certified yoga teacher born in Santa Barbara. She has a love and passion for living a healthy and happy life. Paige has been doing yoga, strength training, hiking and dancing her entire life. She believes in using yoga to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, while relaxing the mind and activating the spirit. Paige enjoys getting to know her students and offering individual assistance so that your yoga practice can help you to become the version of yourself that you want to be. She believes a strong body & mind helps you to live a better life. With her friendly personality and intuitive coaching abilities she hopes to inspire and elevate her students.

Breya Simpson, Yoga/Stretching

Breya grew up in a small town in northern CA. She moved to Santa Barbara when she was 17 and never looked back. Her love for yoga is contagious. She strives to keep her classes playful and encourages us not to take ourselves too seriously on and off the mat. With a 10 year background in gymnastics she is motivated to help you be the best version of yourself. Her classes focus on finding alignment, grounding and breath-work. For her, nothing is more rewarding than seeing the growth of students through yoga. Yoga has changed her life, and she believes it can transform yours too!

Dr. Izzy Lira, DC

Dr. Izzy knows the human body. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor & Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He is experienced in working with clients of all ages & fitness levels. Dr. Izzy approaches training from the angle of a health care professional and focuses on encouraging each client to surpass their physical & mental boundaries so that they can reach a higher level of health and wellness.

She is a former cheerleader and college athlete and is NASM, Lagree Fitness and Schwinn certified. Jamie is excited to bring her unique training style to Evolution Fitness where you can challenging workout routines that focus on toning & sculpting your entire body.
