Please read & agree to the following terms in order to utilize Evolution Fitness Restore Lounge & services:

 

1. I will be respectful of the Evolution Restore Lounge space and leave it as I found it including wiping up any excess water, sweat or hair after my service and depositing my used towels in the laundry bin that can be found under the sinks in the restroom.  

2. I understand that I may bring a guest for single or package purchases, but that memberships are meant for a single person and require pre-authorized guest approval. 

3. I understand that Evolution Fitness reserves the right to cancel my membership at any time if I do not comply with their terms and conditions. 

4. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the infrared sauna and cold plunge service provided by Evolution Fitness and understand that these services involve exposure to heat, cold temperatures, and water immersion.

5. I understand that the infrared sauna and cold plunge services may have potential risks and I accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of using these services.

6. I certify that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely using the infrared sauna and cold plunge services. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before using these services if I have any concerns about my health or medical conditions.

7. I understand the potential risks associated with heat exposure, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, fainting, and heat exhaustion. I agree to follow the provided guidelines for safe use, including the recommended duration and temperature settings.

8. I understand the potential risks associated with cold water immersion, including but not limited to hypothermia, shock, and elevated heart rate. I agree to follow the provided guidelines for safe use, including the recommended duration and temperature settings.

9. I acknowledge that the infrared sauna and cold plunge services are not a substitute for medical treatment, and I should not discontinue any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting a healthcare professional.

10. I agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities to the staff of Evolution Fitness before using the infrared sauna and cold plunge services. I understand that failure to provide accurate and complete information may increase the risk of injury or adverse effects.

11. I release and discharge Evolution Fitness, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the infrared sauna and cold plunge services.

12. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolution Fitness, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my use of the infrared sauna and cold plunge services.

 

By agreeing to these terms upon booking your Restore Lounge Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the infrared sauna and cold plunge services and release Evolution Fitness from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.
