What to Expect

 

Before Your First Visit
Dr. Izzy will reach out before your first session to provide you with Restore Lounge access details and answer any questions you may have.

 

What to Bring

  • Swimsuit (required for all treatments)

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Hairbrush, hair ties, and any personal care items

  • Change of clothes for after your session (optional)

 

What We Provide

  • Towels (feel free to bring your own if you prefer)

  • Hair dryer

  • Full bathroom with shower

     

After Your Session
You are welcome to rinse off in the private shower after using the sauna and cold plunge.

​Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to: www.evolution-fitness-sb.com

  2. Login into your account. (If you aren't logged in, your membership will not be applied and it will ask you for payment information.)

  3. Click "Book Now" from the top menu.

  4. Choose the treatment you would like to book.

  5. Select your preferred date and time from the calendar.

  6. Under the "Payment for ..." drop down menu, select your package or membership. *This is critical! Otherwise it will prompt you to pay for this as an a la cart session.

  7. If you would like to book additional sessions select "Add To Cart".

  8. If you are ready to finalize your booking, select "Book Now".

  9. Once finalized, a confirmation page will appear with your session details. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is likely that your booking was not completed. Please try again or reach out to us with any questions.

Restore Lounge Policies

  • Respect the Space

    • Please respect the Evolution Restore Lounge by leaving it as you found it. This includes wiping up any excess water, sweat, or hair after your session and placing used towels in the laundry bin located in the lounge.

  • Guest Policy: Please note

    • Guests are welcome for à la carte and package sessions. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'll be bringing a guest so we can provide enough towels.

    • Memberships are priced for individual use only. If you'd like to bring a guest occasionally, please let us know when booking. However, if you regularly bring the same guest, we kindly ask that they purchase their own membership or package.

  • Minors

    • Clients must be at least 16 years old to use the Restore Lounge. Minors ages 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their session.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 3 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate another client and ensures we know you won't be attending. Cancellations can be made online or by texting us at 805.334.3488. Late cancellations (less than 3 hours) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session.

  • Time Limits

    • Please adhere to your reserved session time (30 or 60 minutes). This ensures all members have equal access to the Restore Lounge. If you'd like additional time, please check availability and book an additional session.

  • ​Kickstart Promotional Rate:

    • The promotional rate of $199/month is valid for your first 2 billing cycles. After that, your membership will automatically renew at the regular rate of $289/month.

  • Membership & Package Terms

    • Evolution Fitness reserves the right to cancel your membership or revoke your package without refund if you:

      • Do not treat the space with respect

      • Consistently exceed your allotted reservation time

      • Fail to follow cancellation policies (excessive no-shows or late cancellations)

      • Allow unauthorized guests to use your membership or package

      • Engage in behavior that disrupts other
