Invigorate all your senses with a private, 1 hour Contrast Therapy session where you alternate between Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna. *Up to 2 guests per session. Choose between a single or multi-session package: • Single 1 hour session - $75 • Intro 3 Pack - $164 (*For new clients.) • 5 Pack - $325 • 10 Pack - $599 • Restore Lounge Membership - $259/month How to purchase: - Select "Book Now" to schedule your first session. - Choose a login name and password. - Select either "Buy a Pricing Plan" (package) or "Pay for a Single Session". - Follow prompts to finalize purchase. *If you have already purchased a package for this specific service, you must first log in and then your package will be applied to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your session at least 3 hours prior to your appointment booking. If you need to cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment, text us directly at: 805.334.3488. *Late cancellations (occurring within 3 hours of appointment time) or missed appointments will still be charged for this session.
